What's the story behind this pic, you ask? Well, if I weren't too tired, I'd whip up a short story! Instead, you'll have to settle for a loose premise...

Carol had only recently gotten her beloved chocobo hoodie from her boyfriend, and with summer approaching, she couldn't stand the idea that she wouldn't get much chance to actually wear it! So she intended to wear it as much as she could before the seasons told her otherwise.

And on one particularly warm day, well... Some "friendly" bullies were all too happy to help her cool off a bit.
